I am an illustrator and surface pattern designer based in Seeheim-Jugenheim, Germany, where I live surrounded by splendid landscape, my family, our dogs, cats and 3 Icelandic horses.

My collections are inspired by my deep rooted love for animals and nature, my fascination with movement and silence, my background as an architect, and the wonderment of how it all blends together.

I consider myself as an “old-school” sketchbook artist. All my designs start with a hand-drawn sketch in pencil, watercolors, or ink before I digitalize them and arrange them into patterns, allowing myself to be playful and mainly led by intuition and spontaneity.
